Project Participation NFTs: The DMS SILVER NFT (DSN) is a Limited Time Frame NFT that enables holders to participate in the financing of ongoing and upcoming company projects. Each NFT represents 3 nodes, Smart Metering Devices. Silver NFT holders enjoy airdrops twice yearly for the first year, which begin after the minting date of each NFT. Airdrops are released once the connected project is completed, which is currently 6 months. The company is committing to share an attractive and reasonable portion of the profit (dependent upon the project and timeline) to the Node Financiers - the NFT holders. Check out the DMS NFT's Whitepaper or DMS official Website for more information about the nodes and T&C. The cycle of the Silver NFTs is at least one year, starting from the minted date of each NFT. After the yearly maturity of the Silver NFT, each party can request the refund of their asset one month before the new yearly cycle starts. DMS can request its NFT and refund the full paid mint price, or the holder can request the refund, deliver the NFTs and receive the full refund. If no request is made, the new cycle will start based on the DMS project schedule and the airdrops will be adjusted accordingly.
